New Haven Pizza Making Class - Not Just A Class, A Pizza Making Experience!

Class starts with (2) large world class New Haven Style "apizzatisers" as I call them! One traditional mozzarella pie and the pie that started it all, the New Haven Plain/tomato pie (dough, sauce, pec rom, oilve oil and garlic).

Toss it, Sauce it, Eat it :)

15 minutes of dough tossing & short version of NH Pizza History, 30 minutes of dough & sauce making, 15 minutes I show you how to make a pizza, then everyone else makes their own pizza!Class time is roughly 3.5 hrs. 2.5 hrs. of instruction, 1 hour of pizza making. Foxon Park soda included at the brick and mortar classes and Italian music played throughout class.
