Class starts with (2) large world class New Haven Style "apizzatisers" as I call them! One traditional mozzarella pie and the pie that started it all, the New Haven Plain/tomato pie (dough, sauce, pec rom, oilve oil and garlic).

Foxon Park soda included at the brick and mortar classes and Italian music played throughout class.
