We are turning up the volume on our connections, our style, and our spirits. It’s time to Shop, Slay, and SOUL.
THE SHOP (4:00 PM – 6:15 PM)
Women’s Marketplace & Mixer Kick things off by supporting the collective. Browse the pop up marketplace and get into the "Talk Yo Stuff" Mixer. This isn't just networking, it’s about building real collaboration and fueled-up sistership.
THE SLAY--Fashion Show facilitated by Afrocentric Fashion Collection.
This collection is about the "Slay" and "Soul," focusing on the quiet confidence and elegance of a woman who knows her worth. We are asking that everyone Dress to IMPRESS. You know that outfit that makes you feel unstoppable? Wear it.
We’ve got the Photo Booth ready to capture your amazing look. This is your moment to own the room and celebrate your shine.
THE SOUL (7:00 PM)
Divas of Soul Music Concert.
Take a ride on the "Midnight Train to Georgia" over "River Deep, Mountain High" while award-winning vocalist CeCe Teneal delivers you the "R-E-S-P-E-C-T" you deserve.
Divas of Soul is a one-of-a-kind concert event!
This spectacular celebration of fifty years of chart-topping music from artists like Aretha Franklin, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, and more has wowed audiences worldwide, featuring hits from the Disco Era ("Ring My Bell," "Best of My Love") to Broadway ("And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going") and Pop ("What's Love Got to Do with It," "I'm Every Woman").
An award-winning songstress in her own right, Ms. Teneal has been nominated for four Independent Music Awards and claimed the title for 2011 Best Gospel Song (“I Heard You Prayin’”) and 2011 Best R&B Album (Train from Osteen), as well as 2018 Best Soul/Funk/Fusion Song ("Danger"). She was chosen as the halftime headliner for the 2019 Citrus Bowl, and in 2022, Mayor Buddy Dyer and Mayor Jerry Demmings proclaimed September 17th as Annual Cece Teneal Day in Orlando and Orange County respectively to celebrate her twenty years of arts and entertainment contributions.
