Shop, Sip & Swap at the Dallas Farmers Market

Did you know that International Beer Day is the first Friday of August?Or that National Farmers Market Week is August 3-9th this year?Or that National Book Lovers Day is on August 9th?

We decided to take all those amazing things and combine them for a super event for our first ever Shop, Sip & Swap at the Dallas Farmers Market.

The plan is simple. Bring a book to trade. Shop for your favorite Farmers Market goods. Meet in the food shed afterward. Grab a beer (or your drink of choice) and some lunch and we’ll have a book exchange!

We’ll meet at the big red tractor at 9:15 before we shop, so you can find a friend to shop with. Don’t know where the big red tractor is? Don’t worry- you can’t miss it. We’ll shop a while and then meet together at 11:00 to eat lunch and talk about our favorite books. Bring whatever you like to read and want to trade. There are several restaurants in the food shed, so there’s something for everyone.
