SAVE THE DATE!Perfect Form is hosting its 3rd fun, holiday shopping event to give local vendors and people of the community an opportunity to come together meet, chat, and get some holiday shopping done.
We feel this is a great way to give back to our community while having a great time!
NO ADMISSION FEE - however we would ask that you bring one, some or lots of non perishable food items that we will donate to the Herizon House in Ajax.
There will be a wide variety of vendors for you to shop.
