Shoots for the Stars by NEUR

Shoots for the Stars is NEUR Nonprofit's portrait service. We offer complimentary, professional photos to content-powered entrepreneurs who use content to build their business.

Each participant receives five high-quality portraits to elevate their brand presence online and offline, with the option to purchase additional edits. All proceeds directly support NEUR’s mission to provide free, content-focused resources to entrepreneurs ready to attract, serve, and sell with confidence.

Please do not RSVP until you read because, by booking a portrait session with NEUR Nonprofit, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Ownership and Usage of Photos

All photos taken during your session are the property of NEUR Nonprofit. By participating, you grant NEUR full permission to use your likeness and photos—edited or unedited—for marketing, promotional, editorial, and portfolio purposes across all platforms, indefinitely, without compensation. This includes but is not limited to social media, newsletters, grant applications, printed materials, and websites.

Minors and Parental Consent

Minors (under the age of 18) may participate in Shoots for the Stars sessions only with the presence and signed consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing your child to participate, you acknowledge and agree that their likeness may be used in NEUR Nonprofit’s marketing, promotional, editorial, and public-facing materials—without compensation or time limitation.

Photo Delivery

You will receive five (5) edited portraits delivered digitally. These are the only photos included as part of your complimentary session. Additional edits and/or full photo sets are available for purchase at an additional cost.

Final photos will be delivered within 10 business days to the email you provide at booking.

Session Environment

Shoots for the Stars sessions are held in shared environments. You may be photographed while others are present. Poses and props may be offered at the discretion of the NEUR team.

Sharing and Promotion

We encourage you to share your portraits and help spread awareness about Shoots for the Stars by NEUR Nonprofit. If you share unedited photos, please credit NEUR Nonprofit. Edited photos do not require attribution.

Conduct and Etiquette

Respect for all participants, staff, and the space is required. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session and forfeiture of photo delivery.

Liability for Damages

You are responsible for any damage caused to NEUR’s equipment, the space we are operating in, or any borrowed props. Please be respectful of all gear and shared environments.

Model Release and Consent

By participating in a Shoots for the Stars session, you consent to the uncompensated use of your image by NEUR Nonprofit for marketing, promotional, educational, and editorial purposes across all platforms. This includes use in social media, print materials, websites, grant submissions, and other public-facing media. NEUR is not responsible for third-party misuse or misrepresentation of the images once published.

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and must provide consent. By allowing your child to be photographed, you acknowledge and agree that their likeness may also be used in NEUR Nonprofit’s marketing and promotional materials without compensation or time restriction. If you do not agree to these terms, your child should not participate in the session.

Force Majeure

NEUR Nonprofit is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical issues. In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information will only be used to communicate about your session and deliver your portraits. NEUR Nonprofit does not share or sell your data.

Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions. We look forward to capturing your portraits and supporting your journey as a content-powered entrepreneur.
