'Shootout at the OK Corral' Whiskey Tasting

The evening begins with the rich, mature character of Doc Holliday, a 10-year straight bourbon with toasted spice, vanilla, maple, brown butter, leather, and dark fruit notes. From there, the tasting moves into Wyatt Earp 13 Year “Hazmat,” a rare, cask-strength whiskey bottled at an intense 160 proof, offering bold layers of oak, charred smoke, dark fruit, creamy malt, and lingering heat. The lineup finishes with Henry Deringer 8 Year American Single Malt, a cask-strength single malt built on malted barley, wildflower honey, dried apricot, toffee, molasses, stone fruit, and a warm toasted-grain finish.
