A Reiki Level I Course is a wonderful way to bring better balance and harmony into your life as it helps bring greater vitality to your physical, emotional and spiritual self.This is an entry level course, making it suitable for everyone as no previous experience is necessary. During the two days you will cover: History of Reiki, The Reiki Precepts, Meditation Techniques, How to Self Heal, How to do Hands on Healing, How to complete the 21 day cleanse and you will receive Reiju (attunements).
