Shoden, or “first teachings,” is the first level of training in the Usui Lineage of Reiki. This class opens your 3rd eye, and all of your energy channels, to begin channeling the Reiki energy. It is the course that includes the initial attunement and instruction on how to perform a Reiki Session on yourself and others.WHAT’S INCLUDED:
* Understand your energy channels and pathways
* Practice trusting your intuition
* Discuss Usui Reiki and its origins
* Receive an attunement that will allow you to channel the Reiki energy yourself
* Learn Japanese Reiki Techniques for self-healing
* Discover how you experience energy through meditation and channeling the Reiki energy
Class times are 12pm-4pm both days.
Investment: $77 deposit plus course manual written and published by Aluminea. The remaining payment is offered on a sliding scale of $111-333.
