Shock / Susto Herbal Care

Shock/Susto Herbal Care is a class focusing on the energetic dimension of herbal medicine. We will cover a sampling of flower essences and herbs for the nervous system, and teach a basic energetic cleanse/limpia to support participants after a traumatic or shocking event. We will focus on plant medicines and traditions that support processing energetic trauma and deepening spiritual relationships with plant beings and yourself.

About your facilitators:

Paul (they/them) lives in Baltimore City on Piscataway and Susquehannock land. Their peoples come from the forests and mountains of central and southern Europe. They have been studying energetic herbalism and more recently flower essences for about 8 years.

Luz (they/them) Luz lives in so-called Baltimore City. They come from a lineage of Andean farmers and herbalists and have been studying herbalism and curanderismo for the last 4 years.

This workshop is exclusively for queer & trans Baltimore City neighbors. Given the intimate nature of this workshop, space is limited to 30 attendees total.
