Did you know that Two Rivers is part of the Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary? Join John Wyrostek from the Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council as he presents the rich history and stories of the Shipwrecks of Rawley Point. Rawley Point, only five miles north of Two Rivers, is home to 12 identified shipwrecks, including the Rouse Simmions, Major Anderson, Continental, Vernon, Pathfinder and the James Navaugh and 10 unknown shipwrecks. He will also bring and discuss shipwreck artifacts that have washed up and continue to be washed up on the shores of Point Beach for over 160 years.
