Join us for a transformative day retreat designed to ignite creativity and deepen self-expression through breathwork, sound healing, free writing and art therapy. “Shine Your True Colours” invites participants to explore their inner landscapes and release emotional blockages in a supportive, inspiring environment.
The day begins with a welcoming circle to set intentions and foster connection. This flows into a powerful breathwork and sound healing session, held by breathwork coach Alexa Magaya, where you will be guided to release tension and invite emotional insights, setting the foundation for deeper self-exploration. The morning closes with a focused free writing session, allowing you to capture your reflections and gain clarity on the creative journey ahead.
In the afternoon, we’ll dive even deeper with our special art therapy workshop, led by artist Lunita Loca. This session invites you to explore your inner world and express your “true colours” through symbolic, vibrant art that captures your unique journey. Using colours, symbols and textures, you will create expressive works that reflect your personal experiences, insights and authentic selves.
The retreat will conclude with a grounding closing circle, providing space for reflection and optional sharing. You will leave with a renewed sense of clarity, creativity and connection to your inner world.
