We are super excited to welcome you to the first Mediflow session of 2025:

We will practice meditation, embodiment and connection together in a group. This time we let ourselves be inspired by the following theme:
"Shine your light"
during the final dark days of winter.
We intend to bring some joy and lightness into this session, as well as deep relaxation and a feeling of coming home to yourself and to your body. More information will follow soon.
- Door opens at 12.45 pm.
- Session starts at 13.00, ends at 17.00 pm.
Mediflow sessions are for people of all ages and levels of experience. The spoken language is English (or Dutch, depending on participants).
This session will be facilitated by Ellen Grondijs and Marije Mulder.
Location: Centrum Edanz, Van Oldenbarneveltlaan 6, 9716 EJ, Groningen.
