SHINE U: Bullet Journaling

SHINE U is an in-house program that highlights the letters "H" hobbies, "I" interests/irritants and "E" experiences from our SHINE framework. The objective is to foster discovery, exploration and experimentation for our participants in a low stakes kind of way. SHINE U workshops connect people with unique hobbies, interests/irritants & experiences to help promote learning, diversity, inclusivity and community.

In this workshop, facilitated by Cicely Carr, you will use journaling to design a plan for an intentional life, capturing meaningful moments, and to create a lasting legacy. You'll craft a personalized system that aligns with your goals and values. Through creative layouts and guided prompts, you'll leave with a customized journal that leaves you inspired.

I’m Cicely Carr, an artist, educator, and faith-based creative passionate about helping others grow through intentional reflection and storytelling. With a background in special education and a love for teaching, I create engaging workshops that blend creativity, personal growth, and faith. As the founder of the Creative Wellness Project, She Sits at His Feet, and Sincerely Peace, I encourage others to explore their faith, emotions, and aspirations through journaling. I’ve led Bible studies, creative wellness challenges, and writing courses, empowering individuals to embrace their stories with confidence. Whether through devotionals, interactive prompts, or artistic expression, my workshops are designed to foster clarity, healing, and purpose. I believe journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery, creativity, and transformation, and I’m excited to help others use it in meaningful ways.
