We’re turning up the volume and shining a BIG, bold light on bullying with an unforgettable, high-energy cardio drumming experience to benefit RIO'S RAINBOW!!!
In March a reel of our cardio drumming class went VIRAL on Instagram (nearly 27 million views) and we saw how relentless online bullies can be first hand. We knew we wanted to take all of that negative energy and turn it into something positive - and we could think of no better organization to support than Rio's Rainbow!
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a movement. Stand up in defiance of unchecked cruelty and join us as we send a clear message: Kindness wins. ALWAYS!
