I created these retreats because I needed them myself. Sacred spaces to reset, reconnect, and remember who we are — without the noise, without the pressure, without the masks.

SHINE Into Winter is your chance to pause after the rush of the holidays, to breathe again, and to step into 2026 with clarity and intention. This isn’t about resolutions. It’s about embodiment. It’s about listening to what your soul is asking for and giving yourself permission to receive it.

Friday Evening

• Opening Circle & Intention Setting
• Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath
• Guided Reflection to release 2025 and ground into the weekend
• Smorgasbord-style snacks, hot chocolate, tea, and desserts for cozy connection

Saturday

• Morning Yoga Flow & Meditation
• Vision Board Creation with a Twist
  Each guest will create their own Vision Board or Journal for 2026, guided with reflection prompts and soulful intention-setting. Alongside this, you’ll also:
• • Build Your Own Manifestation Jar
  • Write a Future Self Letter
  • Contribute to the Group Vision Board 2026 — our collective SHINE intention for the year ahead
• Afternoon Connection Workshops and Oracle/Tarot Readings
• Evening Full Moon Fire Ceremony
• Closing Sound Healing Integration
• Nourishment throughout the day with three full, home-cooked, nutritious meals

Sunday

• Forest Walk and Winter Nature Connection
• Journaling for Clarity
• Light breakfast before our Sacred Cacao Ceremony
• Closing Sharing Circle & Candle Wishes

Early Bird Pricing – $650
Available until October 20th for SHINE Sisters. This includes the full weekend retreat experience, all meals, ceremonies, workshops, and shared accommodations.

Regular Pricing – $750
After October 20th, the full weekend is $750.

This includes everything: shared accommodations, nourishing meals, yoga, sound baths, vision board workshop, manifestation jars, future self letter, fire ceremony, cacao, and more.

Helper Exchange Spot – 1 Available
One woman can attend free of charge in exchange for retreat support (helping with food prep, tidying, and small tasks throughout the weekend). Please reach out if this speaks to you — this spot will go quickly.
