S.H.I.N.E & G.R.I.N.D Black History Month Showcase

The SHINE (Sistas Helping In Neighborhoods Everywhere) Girls Group and GRIND (Growing and Rising In New Directions) Boys Group focused on empowering youth of color by exploring Historically Black College and Universities (HBCUs). The upcoming toue to Louisana and Mississippi in OCtober of 2025 offers these young individuals a chance to experienxe the rich culture, history, and academic environment of HBCUs, which play a vital role in fostering community and cultural pride amoung black students. This event will give the community a chance to witness the talents of our young participants that will take apart of this experience. Your support is needed and appreciated.
