I am partnering with the incredible JeanMarie of Aligned Adventures — and together, we are bringing our strengths, experience, and passion into one powerful weekend.
Jean Marie brings her dynamic coaching style, adventurous spirit, and clinical insight as a Registered Nurse to create an immersive experience that is peaceful, balanced, and intentionally supportive.
As a Wellness & Joyful Living Educator, Coach, Author, and Autoimmune Warrior, my work is rooted in guiding individuals on a Journey to Wellness through Body, Mind, and Spirit. With a background in clinical education and ongoing doctoral training in Functional Medicine, I focus on uncovering root causes, anti-inflammatory living, natural movement, and cultivating a joyful, resilient spirit.
Together, we blend science and soul. Structure and flow. Education and experience.
