The 5Rhythms practice is a moving meditation that gets us back in our bodies, back in our enjoyment of life, and gives us the opportunity to let go of things we hold on to, in a very tangible and physical way. No choreography, simply wear comfy clothes and bring some water. Shed the stuff that no longer serves and build confidence in being embodied! I will curate tunes in many genres such as R&B, Funk, Chill, House, Techno, Indie and Classical.Parking is free, enter doors facing the lot and the studio is on the right at the top of the stairs.
