Shimmer in Stillness Yoga Class

Step into the New Year shimmering from the inside out! Join us for a yoga class designed to help you set fresh intentions, reconnect with your body, and move into 2026 with joy and sparkle.

This class for all-levels blends flow and breathwork with energizing movement to help you release the old and welcome the new. It will be led by a certified instructor in a Hatha and Vinyasa mixed style.

To honor fresh beginnings, we invite you to wear your most glittery, shimmery, or metallic comfortable clothing, anything that makes you feel radiant. Think sparkles, sequins, silvers, or a subtle shimmer … all levels of glitter are welcomed!

Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
