About this Event

Shiloh-Weaver Legacy Project Community Day

Join us at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for the Shiloh-Weaver Legacy Project Community Day on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Hosted by the AAHGS NC Triangle Chapter, this free community event brings together descendants, community members, genealogists, researchers, and volunteers to help preserve and share the history of the historic Shiloh community and cemetery.

Come learn about the Shiloh-Weaver Legacy Project, connect with others, share family stories and historical connections, get help with genealogy research, and learn how you can become involved in future preservation efforts.

Have ties to the Shiloh community or connections to the Weaver or Mayo families? We would especially love to hear from you.

Come connect with us as we preserve history, honor our ancestors, and connect generations.

Free and open to the community. Registration is encouraged; walk-ins are welcome.
