The afternoon starts with an hour of slow jazz standards on piano from jazz singer and pianist Laura Bailey. The perfect starter to your Shill's Slow Jazz Roast.

Your musical second course will see a return from jazz virtuoso saxophonist Guy Smith.

Coming from London and having played most well known venues in the capital with a wide variety of bands over the years Guy has recently settled in West Cumbria following an eight year sojourn in Britanny, France.

Playing solo or within a band set up music has offered the opportunity to meet and play with some fantastic players and Cumbria is no exception.

Guy Smith Saxophone offers warm, rich tenor saxophone playing a mix of blues, jazz and R'n'B flavoured songs.
