Come join us for our annual Shiitake 5k on October 19th, 2024 in Madisonville, Tx. The race course will be in Madisonville, TX at the beautiful Lake Madison Park with a start time of 8:30am. This is a chip timed event. Registration is $40/person until October 3rd, 2025. After October 3rd, 2025 registration will be $45/person until 8:00am the day of the race. Packet pick-up is Friday evening, October 17th, starting at 6pm - 7pm in the Truman Kimbro Center, 113 W Trinity. Packets will also be available for pick up morning of the race.Don't forget about our Lil' Shiitake Kids Mile with a start time of 9:30am. This is event is for the whole family.
Every participant will receive a t-shirt if registered by September 19th, 2025. Participants registered after September 19th, 2025 are NOT guaranteed a t-shirt, given out upon availability.
Every participant will receive a medal.
Awards will be given to the top 3 in each age division for the 5k.
