Requirements form the foundation for all project work, and high-quality requirements can help avoid project pitfalls. This workshop, based on Karl Wiegers’s book *Software Requirements*, 3rd Edition, covers a wide range of methods to improve the development and management of software requirements.
Key topics include:

- Defining user needs with use cases
- Prioritizing requirements effectively
- Writing software requirements using standard templates
- Visualizing requirements with various analysis models
- Using prototypes to clarify user needs
- Managing requirements changes with control and traceability
What to Expect:
- Small group discussions to address common project challenges
- Problem-solving approaches tailored to participants’ needs
- Pre-workshop survey comparing best practices
- Access to templates, checklists, and tools to use post-session
- No specific methodology is required, making it adaptable to different practices
