This month let’s move our life force energy on classical music with the Shibashi Qigong flow which is one of the most popular Qigong practices! Shibashi means Eighteen Movements. This is a classic Qigong flow form that consists of 18 movements. Qigong
This flow focuses on creating balance in the body by covering all eight actions of Qi Flow. The gentle rocking movements left and right and back and forth stretch the meridians, improving circulation and digestion. A flow that brings overall balance and
harmony.
Qigong is a practice accessible to all - no special skills or flexibility needed. It is an invitation to slow down, move with awareness, breathe and come home to yourself. In the second part of the workshop, you will be then guided into an inner journey tapping
into happy memories. You will then dive into the sound journey which is pure relaxation with sacred sounds to harmonize and raise your vibrations!
This journey into deep relaxation, clears and balances the energy within at the sound of the gong, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, flute and other sound healing instruments.
The vibrations of the gong clears blockages and restores the free flow of vital energy throughout the body. The mind cannot resist the sound of the gong so you will enter in a very peaceful state of mind. The sound frequency of singing bowls harmonizes our
vibrating cells through oscillation and resonance, it brings your mind in a meditative state (alpha and theta brain waves) which creates a general emotional wellbeing.
This is a gentle yet powerful afternoon of reconnection - through movement, conscious breath, stillness, rest, sound healing and intention. The BEST IS TO EXPERIENCE IT!

ABOUT Sophie:
My path in energy work started 17 years ago with a strong foundation in Ayurveda (Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and Ayurvedic Dietetics), a certification in Kundalini Yoga, and as an Acutonics (tuning forks) sound and vibrational therapist. As a certified Kundalini yoga teacher I had an injury practicing yoga and since then it became painful to practice it. I missed the mental and spiritual aspect of the yogic practice.... until I discovered Qigong! Naturally I expanded my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy work practicing Qigong. I discovered Qigong in 2019 and “fell in love” with the practice! Since then I have been practicing and teaching it on a daily basis. I am a certified Qigong flow instructor and a professional member of the National Qigong Association.
