Explore your creativity with a yoga nidra (lying down deep relaxation practice) and art making.

The age range is adults (18+).

For accessibility reasons we should mention the venue is upstairs at Sherwood Community Centre and there is no lift (one flight of stairs with a banister).

In the yoga room we will be sitting on the floor on mats and cushions.
