Join us at the Bibliopub for a fun and educational sherry tasting class featuring the wines from historic Bodegas Borrero.
About this Event

We'll journey through the various styles of sherry they produce, tasting the wine both on its own and in cocktails. Through the lens of one of Spain's oldest family owned bodegas known for their historic soleras and traditional methods, you'll learn that sherry is much more than an old bottle of cooking wine in the back of your pantry. It's a category of beverage rich in culture and tradition that can be enjoyed in endless ways!

Light snacks will be paired with each sherry course. (Please note there will be nuts on premisis so please reach out to bibliopub@backwaterbooks if you have a nut allergy) Thank you!
