SHEroes 2026 is a powerful, in-person gathering of founders, executives, technologists, investors, and allies who believe women are not just participating in the future—they are designing it.
Created by USPAACC WEST in collaboration with WISE, SHEroes was born as a Women’s History Month celebration and has grown into a bold platform for visibility, connection, and action. Since 2022, it has brought together trailblazers across industries to share real stories, real strategies, and real momentum.
This year’s program dives into one of the most defining frontiers of our time:
