🌿 Join us for our first Walk for a Life event in Shepton Mallet to remember those we have lost, raise awareness, and encourage positive action to help prevent suicide in Somerset.
🚶 Walk start time: 5.30pm
📍 Location: Shepton Mallet Library, 2 Market Place, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5AZ, following a wheelchair/pushchair friendly loop around Collett Park.
🥤 Refreshments 6.30pm - 8.30pm
✅Re-join us at Shepton Mallet Library, post walk to enjoy refreshments and an opportunity to connect and reflect.
🧡 The Mind Hub, located at 57c High Street, Shepton Mallet BA4 5AQ, will be available for additional support should you need to speak to anyone during the event.

This 1.1-mile route follows paved footpaths and tarmac throughout, with gentle gradients and approximately 21 metres of ascent. It is suitable for most walkers and pushchairs.
Please note that some sections of the path are narrow and may require extra care when passing other users. The route may also be suitable for some wheelchair and mobility scooter users, depending on individual needs, and we encourage participants to review the route details in advance.
Please wear appropriate footwear, ensure children are supervised at all times, and keep well-behaved dogs on short leads. Please note that only assistance dogs are permitted inside Shepton Mallet Library.
