For the first time ever, we're gathering the Shepherd's Tent Partners in one room — the people who've prayed, given, and believed that the Church can become a family again.
This isn't a conference to attend. It's a family to belong to. For one Saturday, we're doing the very thing this whole ministry exists for: gathering under the tent, around the table, in the presence of the Good Shepherd — to rest, to be fed, and to remember what we're building together.
You've spent so much of your life setting the table for everyone else. This day, a seat is set for you.
Why we're gathering
We live in a lonely moment. People are more connected and more isolated than ever. Leaders are exhausted. Millions have drifted from the Church but not from God — still quietly longing for something worth coming back to.
The Shepherd's Tent exists to help the Church recover what it was always meant to be: not a performance, but a household. Not a crowd, but a family gathered around Jesus. This gathering is where that vision stops being an idea and becomes a room full of faces.
What the day holds
Three teaching sessions built around casting vision for the future, diving into some of the neuroscience of good news mind renewal, with unhurried time between them to talk, pray, and actually know one another. We'll share two meals together — because in this family, the table is never an afterthought. It's the point.
Expect honest teaching, real rest, and the kind of conversations that only happen when people slow down and sit together for a whole day.

Admission is free. If you'd like lunch and dinner provided, simply add the $40 Meal Ticket when you register — it covers both catered meals for the day. (Please grab your Meal Ticket early so we can give the team an accurate count.)
Seating is limited to 80. This is an intimate gathering by design — once the room is full, it's full. If you've been part of this family, don't wait to claim your seat.
