Come join us for a day of fun and baseball at the Richmond Flying Squirrels stadium! It's going to be a blast with time to chat and relax in the picnic zone, and of course, baseball. Don't miss out on this exciting event filled with laughter and good times. See you there!

• Gates Open: 4:00 PM
• First Pitch: 5:05 PM

Location:

• The Diamond Picnic Zone
• Field Level seats to watch the game! Sections 119 - 120, Rows A - M (Assigned seats by ticket) Seating Chart Link -> https://www.milb.com/richmond/ballpark/seating-chart
• Easiest way for guests to get there: Enter through the main gate and go up the steps, follow the concourse to your left and you’ll run into the Picnic Zone

Tickets/Wristbands:

• Your tickets and wristbands will be available at the Group Check In upon arrival. Group members can simply tell the attendant that they are with Sheltering Arms and they will be given their ticket and wristband.
• Tickets will be for our saved group seating on the field level. Your seat numbers will be on your ticket.
• Ticket = entry to stadium
• Wristband = access to buffet

Food:

• Buffet Begins: 4:00 PM
• Buffet Ends: 6:00 PM
• Buffet Includes: Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, BBQ Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, Coleslaw, Pasta Salad, Non-Alcoholic Drinks, and Sweet Treats

Cashless Facility:

• In an effort to limit wait times and improve fan experience, The Diamond has transitioned to a cashless facility. This includes parking which will be $8.
