Come join us for our monthly meeting of the Shelf Help Circle book club! This is not your traditional book club, it is more of a support group for those who are on their healing journeys and learning through reading.There will not be any assigned readings or rigid reading schedules, this is meant to allow members to choose the books that serve them best and to read on their own timeline.
Our focus will be on books in the self-help, spiritual growth, and general personal development genres; the purpose of this is to create a safe space and a community where people can be held accountable and supported in the process integrating tools and skills we learn from our readings.
