Info: We will set our intention for the afternoon, check in with how the spectrum of light feels in our souls (all participants always have the option to pass), and introduce ourselves to one another.

Centering Time
Info: We will spend some time centering our hearts, minds and bodies to open ourselves more fully to the Solstice Walk.

Exploring Together Outside - Taking In the Light and The Liminal Space
Info: As a group, we will walk outside and observe the light, and the in-between spaces of light.

Group Reflection on Exploration Time
Info: Participants will share their observations and respond to facilitator's prompts. All participants always have the option to pass.

Solo Time - Encountering the Darkness
Info: Participants will spend time outside, reflecting and meditating on a quote that will be provided.

Closing - Crossing the Threshold and Carrying Forth
Info: Participants will meet again as a group, sharing insights, lighting their lights, and listen to a poem that reinforces the light that we each are..

Fire Pit Circle
Info: Weather permitting, we will share some time in contemplative fellowship around a fire pit. Please bring a camp chair if you would like to participate in this part of the afternoon.
