SHEKU AND ISATA KANNEH MASON - IN CONCERT

In 2024 St. Peter's Church in Belper celebrates its 200thbirthday. Events throughout the year will climax with a very special concert featuring cellistSHEKU KANNEH MASONand his pianist sisterISATA.

Shekushot to fame in 2016 when he won the BBC Young Musician Of The Year, aged 16.

Two years later he performed at the wedding of Prince Harry and Megan Markle.

In 2023 he was the guest soloist at The Last Night Of The Proms. It is one of only a handful of recitals thatShekuwill play in the UK during 2024.

Isataattended the Royal College Of Music on the prestigious Sir Elton John Scholarship. In 2013Isataperformed with Sir Elton in Los Angeles.Isatahas recorded four albums, including the chart topping 'Muse' which was a collaboration withSheku.
