TRIP DETAILS:

Day 1: Saturday 21st December 2024

8:00 AM: Departure from MG Road Metro Station Gurgaon

   •        Meet the group at the designated meeting point.

   •        Comfortable bus journey with light snacks and a brief introduction to the Shekhawati region.

9:00 AM: Pee Break

   •        Quick restroom stop at a clean facility along the way.

1:00 PM: Lunch Stop

   •        Enjoy a delicious vegetarian meal with one option out of two:

             1.            Traditional vegetarian thali.

             2.            Chirawa special saag rota.

2:30 PM: Arrive at Mahansar – A Hidden Gem of Shekhawati

   •        Begin exploring Mahansar a quaint and lesser-known jewel of the Shekhawati region.

2:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Heritage Walk

   •        Guided exploration of Mahansar’s stunning havelis frescoed walls and rich cultural history.

   •        Learn intriguing stories about the heritage of this area while admiring the intricate artwork.

6:15 PM: Check-in at Hotel

   •        Settle into your rooms relax and refresh after the day’s explorations.

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Cultural Art Show & High-Tea

   •        Witness a mesmerizing cultural performance showcasing local art and traditions.

   •        Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee along with light snacks.

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Buffet Dinner

   •        Relish a delicious buffet dinner with a variety of vegetarian dishes.

9:30 PM - 11:00 PM: Baithak & Get-Together (Optional)

   •        Unwind with a casual baithak session sharing stories and connecting with fellow travelers.

Day Ends

Day 2: Sunday 22nd December 2024

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast

   •        Start the day with a wholesome breakfast at the hotel.

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Ancient Havelis Guided Tour

   •        Visit iconic ancient havelis of Shekhawati.

   •        Learn about their unique frescoes craftsmanship and historical significance of the region.

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Baithak & Heritage Walk with Special Guest

   •        Engage in an inspiring baithak session led by a special guest who will share their knowledge of Shekhawati’s history and culture.

   •        Continue the experience with a heritage walk delving deeper into the region’s artistic and architectural legacy.

12:30 PM - 1:15 PM: Me Time

   •        Take a break to shop for local handicrafts capture photographs or enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

1:15 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch

   •        Savor a vegetarian thali at Mahendra Mahal Restaurant.

2:00 PM: Departure from Shekhawati

   •        Begin the journey back to Gurgaon.

4:30 PM: Tea & Pee Break

   •        Rest stop for tea and refreshments.

7:30 PM: Arrive at MG Road Metro Station Gurgaon

   •        Conclude the trip with wonderful memories of Shekhawati’s culture and heritage.

Terms and Conditions

• Pre-registration and booking are mandatory.
• Children below 4 years can join for free. No separate seat will be allotted.
• Children between 4-12 years can join at 50% discount on ticket price. A seat will be allotted; meals are not included.
• No refunds are available for purchased tickets even in the case of rescheduling.
• A full refund will be provided only if the event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Security procedures including frisking are at the discretion of the management.
• The sponsors performers and organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the event.
• Individuals in an inebriated state may be denied entry.
• Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to latecomers.
• We reserve the right to alter itineraries accommodations or transportation arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions political unrest or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
• During the tour itinerary changes may occur due to natural calamities or safety considerations. We will strive to minimize any disruptions to your travel experience.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to fully participate in the tour.
• Clients must adhere to all safety instructions provided during their trip. Failure to do so may result in termination of the tour without refund.
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers local customs and laws. Misconduct may result in the termination of services without a refund.
• Clients will be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by their actions during the trip.
• The services included in your package will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any services not explicitly mentioned are excluded and must be paid for separately.
