About this Event

For women of the military, this retreat will lead you on a path of health, nutrition, positive fuel for the body and soul. We will be addressing ways to target your food selection for pain management, digestive issues, diabetes and more. You will be engaged in the preparation of your own meal and after we eat our hard earned and self prepared lunches we will enjoy the ayurvedic practice of 100 steps after eating for digestive health. What better place to walk but a beautiful Oak tree savanah lakeside?! Workbooks will help you to remember the lessons after the day is done. VETANK chairs are available for the outdoors, please reserve one if needed.
