About this Event
The annual members meeting is an opportunity for our members, staff, and the public to receive the annual report and accounts. There will be opportunity to meet the board of directors and council of governors along with other colleagues from across the organisation.
A range of stalls showcasing our services, projects, and partnerships, displaying work across the Trust, as well as our plans for the year ahead will be presented. A graphic artist will be documenting the event and refreshments will be provided throughout. A quiet, sensory room and a prayer room will also be available for attendees.

Building access
Showroom Workspace has 3 disabled on road parking bays for blue badge holders outside the main building as well as a fully accessible lift. Trained Assistance Dogs are welcome to the venue.

A question and answer session will take place after the formal meeting. This is a chance to ask our executive team any questions you may have about our work over the past 12 months, or our plans for the future.
To help ensure we can give you an in-depth answer to your question we're asking you to submit your questions ahead of the meeting via [email protected] by Friday 4 September 2026.
Booking requirements
We will ask about any dietary requirements, allergies, and additional access requirements at the time of booking. A hearing loop will be available for the main meeting.
