Shedding Skins Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Inspired by The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, this ceremony is about freeing yourself from the stories, identities, and inner voices that keep you small. We'll open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, move through guided journaling prompts alongside an intuitive watercolor exercise while the soothing sounds of crystal bowls wash over the space, share what came up for us, and close together in a unity circle.
Ceremonial cacao contains natural compounds like theobromine and magnesium that calm the mind, open the heart, and stimulate creativity. As a gentle stimulant, it reduces mental noise, encourages emotional release, and promotes a flow state that allows for more authentic and focused writing. No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are.
