Shedding Old Stories: A Collective Reading & Salt Cave Experience

We all carry stories—about who we are, what we’re capable of, and what’s possible for us. Some of these stories were never truly ours… and some are simply ready to be released.

In this guided group experience, we’ll begin with a collective intuitive reading to illuminate the patterns, identities, and beliefs that may be ready to shift, and how to move through those next steps.

Through a simple hands-on process and a short guided meditation, you’ll be invited to notice what no longer fits… and gently allow it to fall away, reconnecting with your body’s natural sense of knowing.

All of this takes place inside the Crystal Salt Cave—a quiet, immersive sanctuary that supports relaxation, breath, and nervous system restoration. Time in the salt cave may also offer benefits for the respiratory system, while creating a deeply calming space for inner work.

This is a grounded, experiential offering—no prior experience needed.

If you've been feeling stuck, ready for change, or just wanting to step more fully into yourself, this space is for you.

You’ll leave with a clearer sense of the patterns you’ve been living inside of—and where they may no longer fit. Rather than trying to “figure it out,” you’ll be invited to feel what’s ready to shift, soften, and release in your own time.

Through both insight and felt experience, you may notice more space, honesty, and connection within yourself.

• A small, intimate group (limited to 6 participants)
• A collective reading, where shared messages often reflect something personal for everyone present
• Guided support for noticing and releasing what no longer fits
• Time to integrate and land in your own experience
• The calming, restorative environment of the salt cave
• Comfortable, low-to-the-ground seating inside the salt cave

• A journal, if you'd like to reflect or capture insights
• A blanket or extra support for comfort while seated
