Our mission is to foster a space where women can embrace their true selves, support each other’s journeys, and grow with compassion and kindness.
I’m excited to share that our SHE SHEds Community is hosting a special half-day workshop for women:

� Saturday, October 18, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Fear can quietly shape our choices, fuel worry, and keep us from stepping fully into the lives we’re meant to live. This workshop is designed to help women:
Recognize the ways fear shows up in daily life
Untangle fear from worry and self-doubt
Explore how fear holds us back from growth, connection, and joy
Practice simple tools to release fear and move forward with more freedom
Through interactive exercises, reflection, and group connection, participants will leave feeling lighter, braver, and more grounded.
