Shedding Event - say goodbye to the year of the Snake

Join us for a fun in-person gathering as we say goodbye to the year of the Snake! It's all about shedding the old and welcoming new vibes. Come hang out,relax during a 30 min sound bath led by Lauren (our sound bath queen), write down the things you want to shed and then burn them in our outdoor fire pit. Embrace fresh beginnings with lighting candles as you set new intentions for the year. Don't miss this chance to refresh your spirit and start the next chapter feeling awesome!

Info: Come in, set up your yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you brought one.

Info: Relax and unwind during a sound bath led by Lauren. During this sound bath you will think about all the things, events, people, etc that you want to shed. Then you will be prompted to start thinking about your new intentions you want to set for the year of the horse.

Info: Write down everything and anything you want to shed from the previous year, and then burn it in our fire pit.

Info: Write your intentions yo want to set for the Year of the Horse. Light a candle for these intentions. You will have the option to take these intentions home of you to hang up, or you can put them in an envelope ( we provide the stamps) and then we will mail it to you in 3 months and you can see how you are doing with your set intentions!
