WHAT/WHEN/WHERE: JUNE 11-14, 2026
Our agenda for the 4-day camp will include swimming, cycling and running options, appropriate for the athlete aiming for a 1/2 or Iron-Distance event (with multiple options available on each day). Additionally, coach Brian & his team will accompany the athletes in every workout (swimming, cycling, running, including vehicle support as outlined below).

CAMP ITINERARY:
Thursday – June 11:
o 1pm: IM Lake Placid Course Swim
o 4pm: IL LP Course Run (5 – 10 miles)
o 6pm Hors d'oeuvres & fully catered dinner by Chair 6 Private Chef & Event Catering
o 730pm: Long Course Pre & Race Day Nutrition/Bike Course Preview...
Attending athletes can receive custom-blended nutrition for Friday's long ride (i.e. You don't need to bring ANY nutrition if you like!)
Athletes will also be provided post-workout recovery drinks (Ultragen and/or Endurox R4) after every workout
Friday – June 12:
o 7am: Long Course Ride (56-112 miles) + Short Brick Run
Athletes will have the option of 56 or 112-miles & have access to a variety of different nutrition options, all of which will be available ON COURSE (course vehicle will be equipped w/ everything including 1st Endurance, CarboPro, Clif, Gatorade, Red Bull, Maurten, GU, etc etc etc).
We will also have available the nutrition that the race is serving with TWO on-course support vehicles.
o 4pm: Optional Mirror Lake Swim
o 6pm Hors d'oeuvres & fully catered dinner by Chair 6 Private Chef & Event Catering
o 7:30pm: Proper execution of the Lake Placid Course (Swim, Bike & Run Pacing & Tactics)
Saturday – June 13:
o 7am: Mirror Lake Swim (1-2 Loops)
o 9am: Catered Breakfast by Chair 6 Private Chef & Event Catering
o 12pm: IM Course Run (13-20 miles)
o 6pm: Catered BBQ & Final Night Party!!
Sunday – June 14:

The camp's home base is located one mile from Lake Placid Village. It is a newly constructed beautiful Adirondack home that can comfortably sleep all our athletes & with massive fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, and a separate lower level game / family room with sauna, hot tub, pool table, wireless internet, outdoor deck or screened inn porch, outdoor fire pit, gourmet kitchen, synchronized large flat screens & game rooms etc etc...
