The Shear Session is a live, in-person barber education + community event hosted by Carter Dees at PRJCT SIX BarberLounge. This session is focused on modern, wearable haircuts built with shears from start to finish—no shortcuts, no “clipper-first” approach—just clean technique, control, and styling that translates behind the chair.

During the event, Carter will walk through two modern shear-only haircuts step-by-step, explaining sectioning, elevation, weight removal, graduation, and finishing so you can understand the “why” behind every move and take it back to your own clients right away. You’ll be able to watch the full process live, ask questions, and catch the details that don’t always come through on social media.
