To the woman raised by a mother who lied, avoided, or failed to take accountability…To the woman shaped by a father’s absence or inconsistency…To the one whose relationships have left her second-guessing her value and rebuilding herself from rock bottom…To the woman who shows up for everyone else and cries alone in her car…This space is for you.

To the mother who’s exhausted and just needs a break, COME!!
To the woman who’s always strong for others but never safe enough to unravel, COME!! To the ones craving real connection, real healing, and conversations that don’t come with a filter, a script, or a performance, THIS IS IT.

At She Who Heals, there are no cameras, no phones, and no pressure to post or pretend. Healing here isn’t glorified by clickbait, ikes, or l“girlboss” branding. It’s intimate. Sacred. Unfiltered. This is a space for candid conversations, ugly crying, loud laughter, quiet moments, and the kind of truth-telling that sets generations free.

We’re also honored to have Coach Shonda McCray, founder of F3 Women Empowerment, share a powerful glimpse into her journey of resilience. She’s living proof that people don’t always look like what they’ve been through. As she often says, “Everyone has a story, but do they have the courage to dig deep enough to share it?” Her voice reminds us that healing takes honesty, and transformation takes bravery. It takes people around to be quiet and LISTEN!!!

We’re equally excited to welcome Tanesha Lowe, who will be empowering the room with her contagious spirit and energy. She brings the kind of light that shifts atmospheres, reminding every woman in the room that joy, strength, and sisterhood are still available, even after the storm.
