Our mission at TRIB3 is to empower women to thrive through the transformative power of fitness and therapy. Our goal is to advocate for the holistic well-being of women by providing access to physical, mental, and emotional support, fostering a community that encourages growth, strength, and self-care. We aim to break barriers, build confidence, and create lasting change for women everywhere.

This March in honor of Women’s History Month we will be hosting our inaugural ‘SHE RUNS’ Run Club event. This event will create a welcoming, supportive space where women of all backgrounds can build confidence, community, and strength through movement. It removes common barriers like intimidation or lack of representation, making running feel accessible and empowering. Beyond fitness, it fosters connection, accountability, and collective encouragement.
