Ever find a day when you're NOT busy? Exactly.
There's always something more to do, another excuse to overthink, or do that "quick thing". Work, life, family, friends, health, grocery, and whatnot. Our to-do list never ends.

So we take a break.
No screens. No pressure. No endless to-do lists. No "I have to, I should".

Taking advantage of the New Moon energy, we slow down the whirlwind of our busy lives, reset our minds, bodies, and souls, and give ourselves a well-deserved break. 🧖‍♀️

We begin by switching off from work, responsibilities and mental overload with a short guided visualization and a simple color-based creative exercise, designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect.

After that, enjoy free time to sauna, cold plunge, relax, chat, journal, read, color, or simply do absolutely nothing. This is time for yourself, no rules!

Tea and water are available, and all materials are included.
Bring a book, a journal, or a small hobby if you'd like.

The space has cozy chill areas (both indoor and outdoor) where you can unwind in peace, if you want quiet time.

Meg Rouje is a certified color consultant, photographer, and creative facilitator working at the intersection of color, creativity, and human perception.

With a background in fine arts and over 15 years of experience, she explores how color influences the way we think, feel, communicate, and experience the world around us.

She is the author of , has contributed to Fast Company, and is the creator of the Colors of Valencia project, which invites people to rediscover the city through slow, creative walks.

In her workshops, walks, and creative experiences, Meg uses color as a tool to unlock creativity, explore playfulness, encourage self-expression, and spark new ideas. ✨
