She Races is Hong Kong’s only women-focused trail race—hosted by The Impact Collective in partnership with RaceBase Asia—created to welcome more women and non-binary individuals into sport.

Distances: 2km | 4km | 10km
Start time: Races start from 8.30am.
This is not just a race. It’s a celebration of confidence, community, and resilience.
Race Distances
2km Walk/Run
– Family-friendly loop ideal for newcomers and younger participants
– Kids aged 4+ welcome (with adult)
- Not suitable for strollers
4km Hike/Run
– Scenic and achievable for all fitness levels
– Confidence-boosting challenge
10km Trail Run
– For those ready to push their limits
– Includes a halfway checkpoint with drinks and snacks
Who Can Participate?
Open to:
– Women and non-binary individuals
Age requirements:
– 10km: Ages 16+
– 2km / 4km: Adults and kids (Children must be 4+ and accompanied by a participating adult. Boys up to age 12 welcome with a female adult.)
Important Notes:
– Not suitable for strollers
– Every participant (including kids) must register and hold a paid ticket
Corporate Teams (10km)
A unique opportunity for companies to show up, step up, and celebrate female strength.
Team Requirements:
– 4 female runners per team (aged 16+)
– Each runner completes the full 10km course
– Team time = combined finish time of all 4 runners
– Great for employee engagement, wellness, and camaraderie
Race Village & Festival
A vibrant, family-friendly village at the heart of the race, featuring:
– Warm-up zones
– Physios and recovery space
– Food and drink vendors
– Community booths
– Female-only space for breastfeeding and nursing mothers
