She Lead Summit 2026 returns to Plymouth for a powerful day of leadership, connection and growth.
Taking place on Thursday 5 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Plymouth, this year’s theme is Equip Her – Tools to Sustain the Fire.
She Lead Summit is designed to bring together women from different professional paths — those who are employed, self-employed, building businesses, or exploring their next move.
This is an intentionally curated gathering of 80–150 women, creating the space for meaningful conversations, practical insights and genuine connection.
Rather than simply inspiring women for a moment, She Lead focuses on equipping them with the tools, strategies and networks needed to sustain their ambition and leadership.
