Okay ladies...you have made it through the summer and got those kids back to school. Now it's time to get some much needed girl time in. Join us on Saturday, August 31st from 10 AM - 2 PM as we kick butt. Both mentally and physically! We will have Corsair BJJ - Elgin, TX teaching us some safety skills through self defense, and we will have in depth round table conversations that will help us work on becoming our best selves.
