There’s a kind of beauty that comes alive when a woman remembers her worth when she softens, receives, and allows herself to be nourished in every sense. This retreat is a celebration of that awakening.

Nestled in the serene mountains of Eden, Utah, this 3-night retreat is a luxurious Summer Solstice immersion designed to honor the feminine in her fullness. A time to slow down, to reconnect with your body, and to remember that you are worthy of softness, rest, and radiant care.
Each day is a blend of grounding rituals, heart-opening workshops, and deeply restorative spa experiences. From sunrise meditations to golden-hour picnics among the flowers, every moment is crafted to help you melt into presence, peace, and pure self-worth.
I want to be honest about why I created the She Is Worthy Summer Solstice Retreat…
It wasn’t created perfectly and all knowingly.
It came from the part of me that has struggled to feel worthy, loved, enough, or soft in a world that asks us to always be strong.
I’ve lived through seasons where I questioned my value, dimmed my voice, pushed down my emotions, and forgot to care for the woman inside who was just trying her best. Worthiness… is still a journey for me. And I know I’m not alone 🌷
For many of us through and through, we carry that desire to feel seen, supported, safe to slow down, and safe to take up space. We pour into everyone else, leaving very little for ourselves. We hold so much, but rarely let ourselves be held.
This retreat came from that space. From my own unraveling and rebuilding. From the tender places inside me that needs softness, support, sunlight, grounding, and rest. From the part of me that needed to remember that I am worthy simply because I exist and so are you.
I’m not hosting this retreat from a pedestal.
