Those are the things I pay attention to. Not just what she’s doing, but what’s underneath it.
I’m Christi Richardson, Founder & President of Restorative Solutions for Youth. I created She Is, a four-month mentorship program for girls ages 15–18, to create space for the real conversations and get to the root of what our girls are carrying.
